This week our kitchen trash can slide broke and I was scrambling to get a new one prior to a Christmas party at our home this week. Alex was very helpful and replaced the broken hinge at no charge….that is customer service!!! I bought these 15 years ago and they still stand by their product. We hired Welcom Design & Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. We replaced the countertops, flooring, added lighting under the cabinets, backsplash and pulls for the cabinets. From start to finish they were so professional. I loved going into the showroom and looking at the choices and picking from their selection. I could actually see the materials we were going to purchase. Allie was the best to communicate and keep us informed. They did not start work till they had all the m … aterials to complete the job.They have a team of specialists for each item: flooring, countertops, lighting, and backsplash. We knew each day what to expect and everyone was so friendly and professional. John oversaw the entire project from start to finish and made sure everything was completed to perfection. My wife and I moved to Summerville, SC in January of 2015 and bought a very ordinary house with a less than ordinary kitchen. We had talked about replacing it and 2017 became the year. We met the people from Welcom Cabinets at a Home and Garden Expo at the Exchange Park and were impressed with both the people and the exhibits they displayed. The next week we met with them at their office and they worked with us to help choose the style of the cabinets and countertops, as well as to create a more efficient kitchen layout. The whole process was easier than we had expected.

We contacted several contractors concerning our kitchen renovation but our decision came down to the fact that since we were doing a kitchen renovation, we should go with a company that does kitchens. Other contractors subcontracted work, including the cabinets. Welcom had their own crew and they do cabinets and countertops. They’ve been at the same location for several years, so we aren’t concerned about locating them in the future should the need arise. They worked with us when we told them our available schedules for this project. We would highly recommend Welcom to anyone interested in having their kitchen renovated.
